I am a commercial property manager in the North Bay and we hire Cato's Paving to handle all of our parking lot paving jobs. Ruben is our estimator and he is always available and responsive when giving us a price. He offers options and very detailed descriptions with maps of what each project requires. I can honestly say that Cato's Paving has the best customer service out of any of my vendors. They are professional, communicate clearly and often, they handle closing off the portions of the parking lot that they will be working on ahead of time with notices and barricades. They can do work on the weekends if you need it. We manage many commercial properties and it's such a relief not to have to worry or micromanage Cato's Paving. They show up on time, they do what they say they are going to do and that is very valuable to us.

Cato's did a great job on repairing our warehouse driveway. They were reliable in scheduling, responding, cleaning up after themselves, sensitive to neighbors, and did a great job. Will definitely use them again!

We hired Cato’s to resurface and restripe our commercial building parking lot. Price was very affordable, and they did a fantastic job and were very professional and polite. It did not matter whom we spoke to as the entire crew was very respectful. Six months after the job was completed, we noticed a small hump pushing up on the asphalt. We contacted Cato’s and spoke to the estimator, Juan. He was very professional and said not to worry that he would come out the same day! Wow! That does not happen very often. Juan came out as promised and assessed the problem and explained that it is probably some small vegetation attempting to push its way through the asphalt. Juan reassured us that he would have his crew repair the damaged within 2 weeks (since they were very busy). Within a week his crew came and repaired the hump and did a fantastic job! Again, very professional and did an awesome job. Juan was absolutely correct that the causation of the problem were small vegetations. Thank you to you and your crew, Juan!!! We hired Cato's for an asphalt and restripe job for the company parking lot. Our project coordinator was straight forward with the whole process, all it took was one day to remove the old broken up asphalt and replace with new. Overall, very satisfied with the customer service. I would highly recommend Cato's Paving and looking forward to having to do more business with the company in the future.
